Starting in 2002 from a rented house in I-10/4, Islamabad, Hamza Welfare Hospital has grown significantly. In 2020, financial support from Tariq Mahmood Advocate and a 10-marla land donation by Nizabat Shah enabled the foundation to construct its building in Pind Begwal, Simly Dam Road, Islamabad, where patient treatment began in January 2020. Currently, two MBBS doctors are available daily from 10 AM to 4 PM, and a gynecologist treats women every Friday from 11 AM to 3 PM. Ultrasound facilities are also available, and free medication is provided.
