OUR FOUNDATION
A Mission Born From Compassion
Hamza Foundation is a registered welfare organization based in Islamabad, established by a group of friends with the sole purpose of seeking the pleasure of Allah — through service to His creation.
Pakistan’s rising poverty and inflation have left countless people — including deserving individuals, madrassa students, and the white-collar poor — without access to even basic healthcare. A delayed diagnosis often transforms a treatable condition into a life-threatening one.
Our mission is simple: provide timely diagnosis and treatment through qualified MBBS doctors, at absolutely no cost to the patient.
“What began in 2002 in a rented room in I-10/4 Islamabad has, by the grace of Allah, grown into a fully operational welfare hospital serving thousands every year.”
OUR JOURNEY
From a Rented Room to Our Own Hospital
- 2002 Hamza Foundation established. Free OPD launched in a rented house in I-10/4, Islamabad — the very first step in a 23-year journey.
- 2004 Major earthquake disaster relief: food, clothing, and shelter for affected families.A field hospital set up at H-11 Islamabad tent city for Kashmir earthquake survivors.
- Ongoing Regular free medical camps in rural areas around Rawalpindi & Islamabad. Full-time doctors placed in major religious seminaries. Ambulance deployed as a mobile medical unit.
- Flood Relief A free dispensary established in flood-affected Rajanpur, providing medical care to displaced families with no access to clean water or proper food.
- 2020 With land donated by Nizabat Shah and financial support from Tariq Mahmood Advocate, Hamza Welfare Hospital’s dedicated building was constructed in Pind Begwal, Simli Dam Road. Patient care began January 2020.
- Today Operating 6 days a week with 2 MBBS doctors daily, a specialist gynecologist every Friday, ultrasound services, and completely free medicines for every patient.

Beyond Our Walls
Community Outreach Programs
Hamza Foundation doesn’t wait for patients to come to us. We bring healthcare, relief, and hope to where it’s needed most.
Free Rural Medical Camps
Villages around Rawalpindi and Islamabad lack qualified doctors, leaving residents at the mercy of untrained practitioners using harmful steroids. Our camps bring MBBS doctors and specialists directly to these communities, with free medicines on-site.
Madrassa Healthcare Program
Students and teachers at religious seminaries across Rawalpindi and Islamabad receive medical care through our mobile unit. For major madrassas, we provide full-time dedicated doctors and free medicines — ensuring no student goes untreated.
Disaster Relief Operations
During the 2004 Kashmir earthquake, we provided food, clothing, and shelter to displaced families and ran a full field hospital at the H-11 tent city in Islamabad. During the Rajanpur floods, we established a free dispensary for flood-affected families.
